**Remuneration**: Band 5 salary of $83,536 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO
**Location**: Wyndham Civic Centre - Werribee based, this role may be required to work across multiple locations throughout the Wyndham Municipality.

As **Graduate Project Support Officer - Neighbourhood Hubs** with Wyndham City Council, you will:
- Gain practical experience and learnings across Council’s Community Centre functions
- Provide project management support across a range of continuous improvement projects for community centres
- Engage with a diverse range of roles and rotate within the department
- Access learning and development opportunities
- Grow and learn alongside mentors and peers
- Contribute to the growth and development of a thriving council and community.
**What you will bring**
- Degree or Diploma level qualifications in social sciences, research, policy, business, project management or other relevant discipline with some relevant experience.
- Project management and time management skills
- Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing and reviewing processes to develop efficiencies and improvements
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with other council employees to collaborate on cross-organisational projects.
**To be eligible for our Emerging Talent Graduate Program, you have**:
- Studied or currently living in Wyndham
- Eligibility to work in Australia and satisfactory completion of a police check
If you progress past the interview stage, you may be required to complete pre-employment screening, which may include police checks, a medical, qualification verification, and an Australian work rights check.
