About the opportunity

Our Graduate Program is part of a broader inter-professional learning program (incorporating nursing), which allows graduates time to consolidate their skills in a supportive environment. We believe in providing support and quality feedback to help graduates develop their skills, confidence and work towards individual learning goals.
- The structured program incorporates a comprehensive orientation, paid professional development days, discipline specific clinical supervision and reflective practice sessions Discipline-specific clinical supervision embedded within the program
- Provide quality client-focused care to clients, their family and carers using a holistic, recovery oriented, strength based and culturally sensitive approach.
- Be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team, and provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers

About you:

- You have a keen interest in supporting clients with mental health issues
- You are enthusiastic, highly motivated to learn and passionate about pursuing your career goals
- You have good communication skills and work well as part of a team
- Approved degree in Social Work and eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
- Current Victorian Driver’s License
- Full Australian Working rights (minimum 64 hours per fortnight)

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.- VISA / full working rights
