A rare opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Motor Claims team as an Internal Motor Vehicle Loss Assessor.

In this key role you will accurately assess vehicles and authorise repairs, aligning with Zurich’s audit procedures and repair management processes. You will use correct repair methodology and best practice principals, remaining compliant with procedures, standards and values. Liaising with a range of internal/external stakeholders, you will utilise your technical expertise as you help our customers navigate the repair management process.

**Important to your success -**Unlock your potential**
- Relevant trade qualifications in panel beating or spray painting
- Certificate 4 in Vehicle Loss Assessing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Motor Assessor
- Extensive knowledge of repair shop operations
- Understanding of current Code of conduct regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
