We are recruiting multiple roles for an
**Account Manager **to join our team based in Sydney, NSW full-time, selling into Government or Enterprise businesses.

We have an extensive fibre optic network but have expanded to provide further IT solutions to meet our customer’s needs.

We are a small, nimble, and fast to react to market compared to larger organisations, whilst signing significant clients such as a cybersecurity company such as StarLink, CommBank, Macquarie Bank and Roy Hill. We are targeting the government and enterprise organisations to provide simple solutions in regional, remote, and international locations. More than 5,000 organisations have switched to us including 200 government agencies.

We are hiring multiple roles for the business including Account Managers selling into Enterprise and Government sectors, to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients (25-45 accounts)
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and address concerns.
- Stay up to date with industry and market trends, and competitor activities.

- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is essential
- Proven track record of success in enterprise-level or government B2B sales, with a focus on relationship building and account management
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients
- Client-orientated focus and excellent rapport-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Self-motivated and autonomous working remotely to exceed targets in a competitive sales environment
