This role’s main accountability is the Operational Excellence of the Digital Stores business within Australia & New Zealand, supporting the Digital Stores Team and actively improving the quality and impact of business processes and insights upon which decisions are made.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Digital marketing request management e.g. SEM, prospecting
- Marketing proof of execution and plan management
- Campaign and traffic reporting and analysis
- Support on marketing tactic execution
- Managing and issuing the weekly Promotions Newsletter and reporting
- Administrative support for team meetings and executive visits, meetings notes, actions reporting
- Management of team SharePoint, Teams site and OneNote
**Requirements**:
- English language skills required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with experience in project management
- Demonstrated exceptional cross group skills
- Online analytics experience (Desirable) e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Visual Studio, Exact Target, Excel
- Strong problem solving and decision-making ability
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
