**Key Responsibilities include**:
Establish and maintain an information asset register using appropriate tools such as Orbus iServer and Microsoft Office suite (Sharepoint, Lists, Loops, etc) and support relevant staff across SCHHS to access and use the register.
Establish and maintain an inventory of SCHHS information assets in line with the following: (i) the QH Information Asset Standard and Guideline, (ii) the QGEA Information Asset Register Guideline, (iii) the QGEA Identification and Classification of Information Assets Guideline, (iv) the Information Security Classification Framework (QGISCF).
Enable the identification and registration of data custodians and managers in line with the Qld Health Data and Application Custodianship policy and standard.
Engage and collaborate with designated data custodians and data managers and all other necessary stakeholders (eg Principal Privacy Officer, Lead Health Information Manager) to ensure that SCHHS' information assets have been correctly identified, classified and recorded in the information asset register, particularly assets containing personal information.
