**Position Overview**

We are offering full-time positions (5 days/week) which are available from Monday to Saturday (tailored to accommodate our customers' schedules), with a unique option of having Mondays off.

The company provides structured training with ongoing support, access to a high-volume of quality leads, and the backing of a centralised administrative team.

**Responsibilities**
- Visit high-quality leads in customers’ homes to help them find the perfect solution for their windows or outdoor spaces, using our exclusive Victory-branded sample books.
- Accurately measure windows/outdoor spaces and provide quotes using our industry-leading quote management software.
- Utilise your sales skills to assist with other aspects of sales conversion, including quote follow-up and house plans.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey.

**Skills and experience**
- Highly motivated with retail sales experience in window furnishings or related in-home retail industries
- Highly organised and punctual
- Customer and results oriented
- Independent with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent communicator who understands customer needs
- Valid driver’s license
