Our client is a national well-known large leading white & blue-collar services provider, with a multisite workforce across Australia. In this expansive, diverse, and broad IR Manager permanent role, you will lead the Employment and Workplace Relations strategy and operations across the entire national enterprise.

More specifically you will:

- Develop and implement ER & EA strategies;
- Lead Enterprise Agreement strategies and negotiations on high-impact EAs under the Fair Work Act;
- Ensure sound Governance processes are in place;
- Coaching and educating in IR advice to manage disputes and enhance business skills.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Extensive expertise at a senior level across the IR/ER function including strategy and negotiation within a complex, blue-collar environment;
- Strong business and commercial acumen;
- Proven experience in working in a highly-unionized environment;
- Robust skills in leading negotiations for major federal EAs;
- Impeccable integrity;
- Capacity to influence, engage, coach and mentor.
