**About the role**

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity within our Student Loans Unit. The VET Student Loans Admin and Executive Support Officer is a specialised position and is responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative support and records management to the Manager, Student Loans Unit and team, to facilitate communication, processing of correspondence, enquiries, appointments and other related activities to ensure efficient and effective management of the Student Loans Unit operational administrative processes.

**About You**

As the VET Student Loans Admin and Executive Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Manager, Student Loans Unit, and the team.

Your primary focus will be on facilitating efficient communication, processing correspondence, managing records, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within the team. The role requires a detail-oriented, compliance-driven individual with excellent collaboration skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

You will have experience in administration in the vocational education and training environment, including the regulatory environment. Ideally you also have experience in, or a thorough understanding of, the Commonwealth Student Loan Programs.
