**About this role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Working up feasibility concepts for 30 different sites
- Supporting the Design Manager
- Buidling client liaison and relationships
- Review production of detailed and accurate architectural documentation through all project stages including SD, DD, CD and ADC
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain design intent through design & documentation
- Work with external consultants in a collaborative and consistent manner
- Review, comment, and coordinate consultant information and ensure it is seamlessly integrated into the architectural design
- Ensure documentation compliance with all applicable external statutory codes and standards
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or equivalent
- 3-5+ years relevant post graduate work experience - with a high level of demonstrated competency
- Confidence, speed and efficiency when reviewing, coordinating and documenting in the REVIT platform
- Solid understanding of local planning codes, relevant building contracts and the ability to prepare a feasibility drawing set which addresses these
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good communication skills to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Revit, Autocad & Enscape proficency
- Language skills in Mandarin (desirable)
