**Description**:
This role is for a Music Mentor supporting people with a Disability to engage, assist and support in the learning and building confidence and skills in music.

We are offering a permanent part time role 30 hours a week.

You will need to be able to play Guitar, Piano and Drums

This role requires you to be draw on your music industry experience and be motivated, supportive, energized and engaging

You’ll be empowering people with disability, supporting them to maintain and enhance their independence through Music

**Skills and Experiences**:
The Essential requirements of this role are;
- Music Industry experience with instruments Guitar, Piano and Drums
- Be motivated engaging, energetic and independent
- Be easy to engage with
- First Aid
- Drivers License
- A positive approach, communication skills and with a safety focus

The desired experience
- Mentor experience
- Cert IV in Disability
- Experience working with participants with a disability
