About the Role
As a Remediation Support, your role is pivotal in Business Banking Operations, focused on the identification and remediation of newly deregistered companies. A working knowledge of non-personal account relationships, account data analysis, company structures including Trusts and Suncorp's policies for collecting, using and storing data.
Your role is multi-disciplinary which calls for both breadth and depth of knowledge of Business Banking processes that can be utilised to inform determination of ownership of funds when reviewing transaction histories on deregistered company accounts, to escalate or redirect to relevant business resources as required, to liaise with key stakeholders in other business areas and external to Suncorp Bank, to prepare weekly reporting to ASIC, and provide management information for decision making.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrable SME experience with operational and partner processes and associated systems (e.g., Lending Cloud, Hogan, Ignite, Alfie etc) - mandatory
Experience in Operations environment and preferably within a business banking setting.
Experience in roles requiring stakeholder influence, presentation, and collaboration - highly desirable
Comprehensive understanding of the business, market, and external environment.
Understanding of banking and financial industry principles and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in resolving complex issues, requiring high levels of cross functional thinking.
Ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on both the team and self.
