What will your day look like?
**As a Documentation Officer, you will**:
Perform Identity checks, ensuring Customer Identification is accurate to each applicant and meets Regulatory Requirements
Ensure data is consistent and accurate when issuing mortgage documents to our customers
Proactively communicate with brokers and colleagues in all parts of the business to progress files efficiently
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong analytical skills to develop solutions and recommendations by identifying key issues
Consistent track record of completing tasks with high accuracy, ensuring correctness and order in all processes
A proactive approach to seeking help and solving challenges
Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
Previous industry experience coupled with strong data entry experience would be advantageous
