**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Service Advisor** to join our dynamic team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the **primary point of contact** for our **service customers**, ensuring they receive the highest level of **care** and **service**.

You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional **customer experience** and maintaining the high standards of** Melville Volkswagen**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns and required repairs.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
- Maintain open and effective communication with customers throughout the service process.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process warranty and insurance claims as necessary.
- Ensure all service documentation is accurate and complete.
- Promote additional services and products that may benefit the customer.

**You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred, not essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver’s license.
