We are currently recruiting for an **Apartment block Caretaker - Claremont **to join our Team.

**About the Role**
- **Monday - Friday 7.00am - 12.00pm, Sat and Sun 7.00am - 8.30am**:

- **Total 28 hours a week**:

- **Start time is flexible**:

- Cleaning external areas and wet areas on a rotation basis
- Remove litters and debris on footpaths by using blower
- Sweep & litter pick car park areas
- Empty and wash bins and manage recyclable waste
- Clean and maintain the common areas, lobbies of the apartment block
- Able to work autonomously & take pride in their work
- Immediate Start

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.76 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

- Covid 19 Vaccination (preferred)
