Perth, Australia PFD Food Services Full time

**Based in Kewdale, WA**:

- **Permanent Part Time - Monday to Friday 10am to 2:30pm (23 hours per week)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the first and key point of contact for our customers;
- Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;
- Process customer orders and/or enquires;
- Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
- Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;
- Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);
- Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
