Bonny in Fitzroy is looking for a venue manager to lead our small team of bar & floor staff.

Bonny is a fun, service-driven bar with great food led by James Cornwall in the kitchen. A sustainability-focused venue with local wine, craft beer and signature cocktails on tap.

Hours are full-time, with the option to work them over 4 or 5 days a week.

Reporting directly to the owner, you will have responsibility of the venue and staffing. Is a hands-on role with all regular management duties including functions, rostering, hiring and training, reaching weekly targets as well as running service and working the floor/bar where required.

Looking for a self-motivated individual, with a passion for products and service and great people skills. Previous manager experience is preferential.

Immediate start available if desired.
