**Our Client**

**The Position**
- Control the import and export sea freight process from order to delivery
- Communicate with your customer service team, carriers and suppliers to negotiate rate agreements
- Process import and export shipments including LCL, FCL and FAK shipments
- Ensure freight movements are processed effectively to minimise delays
- Respond to customer service inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and efficiently
- Prepare and distribute status and exception reports to ensure accurate visibility

**The Requirements**

You will confidently display:

- Proven sea freight knowledge and experience with a freight forwarder
- Exceptional communication skills
- Positive and outgoing team player attitude
- Can do attitude
- Full Australian, Permanent Work Rights
