**Role Overview**:
- As the Regional Healthcare & Public Sector Industry Lead you will drive H&PS business consulting services in support of large-scale technology implementations and transformations
- Accountable for achieving all Sales, Revenue and Profitability targets and driving eminence in the Industry
- Building client relationships and account management, acting as Executive Sponsor for key H&PS clients
- Leverage client group knowledge to bring Industry thought leadership with the full breadth of Avanade’s GTM practices
- Leads teams comprised of Industry Portfolio Leads and Account teams
**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Growth
- Deliver revenue growth and market penetration focused on both Direct and Indirect
- Drive sales excellence and productivity, increasing pipeline quality, win rates, aggregate business development efficiency and yield
- Manage relationship ecosystems with partners Microsoft & Accenture/AMBG in Industry
- Grow the quality and scale of established accounts within the industry
- Act on Voice of Client feedback and foster an exceptional client experience
Market Strategy
- Responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Healthcare & Public Services Industry in your Region by partnering closely with internal leaders
- Build a strong market presence, opening new market opportunities, ensure the right internal resources are assigned to Industry opportunities to enable your Region to drive growth in Healthcare and Public Sector
- Bring our Industry strategy, network, and industry-relevant advisory services to life for our clients, people, and wider offerings
- Build and mobilize Regional marketing around Client Groups
Operational Performance
- Lead operational management of the Client Group(s) and partners with Regional business leaders as required
- Effectively manage operational levers to maximize Client Group business growth
- Guide and consult on winning proposals that demonstrate expertise in the Healthcare and Public Sector Industry
- Partner with Business Group leadership to drive revenue diversity of GTM (Technology, Advisory & Experiences)
- Partner with Sales and Account Leadership Talent Community Leads and Regional Capability Lead to maintain and identify the capabilities needed to deliver Healthcare and Public Sector solutions across your Region
- Contribute to broader Client Groups / industry expertise globally
People Leadership
- Enable and grow our Industry SMEs and next generation of industry leadership
- Personal track record in building high performing teams, leading, senior sales professionals providing a coaching and supportive environment
- Actively manage resource allocation across the client group ensuring effective utilization
- Model and embed Avanade’s culture and values
