Plumbing Department Manager responsible for the day-to-day running of a Large Format Store's Plumbing Department, ensuring operational and organizational standards are maintained, and customer needs and assigned sales goals are met.

What we are looking for:

- Previous working experience within the building/plumbing supplies or a related industry
- Hands on experience managing a team to meet customer expectations
- Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
- Demonstrated capabilities coaching, counselling, and motivating people
- Relevant qualifications desirable
