How you will make an impact

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the design and development of change management plans to facilitate effective and consistent change activity for all IT projects through training, communication, and action planning.- Be a key member of IT project groups, advising on change management best practices.- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to increase business readiness, take-up, and sustained adoption of IT systems.- Work with other Cabrini departments, such as P&C and Marketing to prepare training materials and communications to support the change plans.- Assist in the transition of IT projects to a business-as-usual state upon completion and supporting the ongoing BAU.- Facilitate training and provide support to system users to support the business through implementations, system changes and upgrades.- Contribute to post implementation reviews by monitoring and evaluating user experiences to assess the technology change implementation.- Develop and maintain meaningful IT change management plans and reporting, including appropriate change success metrics.

About you

Crucial to success in this role is the ability to partner with business stakeholders to gain an understanding of the impacts of systems changes on customers to ensure successful implementations. Additional requirements include:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or similar field of study.- Formal training in change management methodologies, such as Prosci, HCDT, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR or similar.- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisation skills.- The desire to work as a project team member, as well as an autonomous change specialist.- Demonstrated experience in the design and development of change management plans and associated resources (communications, training, etc).- Coaching expertise and experience in training design and facilitation.-
- Experience and confidence to collaborate with business leaders and teams to solve problems and achieve outcomes.- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple, time sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues and foresee potential challenges and proactively propose resolution options.
