**About Your Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Change Manager to work within our Transformation Office.

Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees, clients, and stakeholders onto the new structure and ways of working.

You will also support the roll-out of supporting Scope processes, working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, implement best practice and ensure alignment.

**Your Key Focus**
- Design and implement change management strategies to support the successful implementation of new structures and processes
- Conduct impact analyses to help develop and execute the change management strategy and plans, working with project teams and business partners
- Create change management strategies and plans, including training and communication plans
- Develop executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to change management functions and develop plans to successfully intervene
- Facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder management

**What We Look For**
- Demonstrated understanding of change management processes
- Proven experience using a human-centred and agile approach to delivering change, including effectively implementing changes involving organisational structure and culture
- Experience with mergers, restructures and implementing new ways of working
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of Prosci’s ADKAR model
- Passion for social impact and mission-driven values, with a desire to make a difference in the human services sector
