**The Role**

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a dedicated and experienced recruitment team on a 12 month fixed term basis, supporting key recruitment initiatives. This includes:

- Delivering the end-to-end recruitment
- Promote O'Brien® as an employer of choice, championing best practice recruitment and contributing to DE&I strategies

In conjunction we are needing some with:

- High volume or bulk recruitment experience, ideally in blue-collar, trades or retail
- Strong and proven stakeholder engagement abilities
- Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience writing exciting and engaging job adverts
