We are about embark on new journey with a new Display Home being built in Lilydale in the Kinley Estate. What that means to you is that we are looking for someone to be the face of Marque and completely own the market.

The completion of the Display home is only couple of months away, however would like to bring someone on as soon as possible so we can set you and your career up for success.

**THE ROLE**

Unlike volume builders, this role is all about taking our clients through a premium customer experience, where you will partner with our clients on a journey from idea to realisation of their dream home.

Being led by a Manager who has grown from strength to strength over the past 5years and has developed a team of high performers, this is going to be a fantastic opportunity for someone who truly wants to build a career.
- You take pleasure in delivering high end service
- You know how to deal with customers who are demanding and meticulous
- You are driven, motivated and hungry for development
- You understand solutions based sales
- Ability to work autonomously
- Exposure to custom-builds would be amazing but not a must
- Results driven and intentional with their work ethic
- If you are local it would be a massive advantage
