Studio Manager

As Studio Manager, you’ll be the front-facing leader of our Lilydale facility. Your core focus will be delivering a world-class customer experience, driving membership growth, and supporting our junior Muay Thai programs. While martial arts experience is not required, a passion for fitness, people, and service is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales & Growth**
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with new leads
- Book and manage appointments for free trial classes
- Conduct needs-based consultations and studio tours
- Convert trials to memberships using our proven sales process
- Track and report on KPIs and studio growth metrics

**2. Customer Experience**
- Be the first point of contact for members and prospective clients
- Manage member check-ins, inquiries, and support requests
- Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment
- Implement feedback systems to enhance member satisfaction

**3. Class & Program Support**
- Assist in delivering junior program sessions (non-coaching)
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive training space for children
- Liaise with coaches to ensure smooth class transitions and operations
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding schedules, events, and updates

**4. Studio Operations**
- Manage studio opening/closing procedures
- Oversee merchandise sales, studio supplies, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with head office for marketing, admin, and HR support
- Maintain scheduling systems and studio calendar

- Background in fitness, health, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Must be available for **evening or weekend shifts** as required
- **Working with Children Check** (or willingness to obtain) required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
