**Your initial duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Build and maintain a quality and effective client database
- Handling prospective buyer enquiries
- Assisting with preparation for open homes and inspections
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers and prospective clients
- Service our existing client database
- Attending after sales inspections
- Assisting with social media promotion
- Letter drops - listed and sold
- Collecting and delivering advertising materials

As you develop competence your areas of responsibility will evolve
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- real estate is all about people
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (formally Agents Representative Certificate)
- Ability to think outside the square
- Immaculately presented and well groomed
- Honest life experience and a positive attitude
- The hunger and drive to succeed.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Real Estate background is desirable however not essential
- A strong desire to learn all aspects of the art of real estate sales
