**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
- **Business Development**:Proactively seek new business opportunities and build NES Fircroft’s reputation within your sector.
- **Mentorship**: Guide and support junior team members, sharing your experience to help them grow in their recruitment careers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Recruitment Experience**: Extensive experience in recruitment in an agency setting.
- **Industry Experience**:Proven expertise in Power & Renewable Energy
- **Relationship Builder**:Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a solutions-oriented approach to recruitment.
- **Self Starter**:Motivated and driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**:A collaborative mindset, ready to support the wider team and contribute to collective success.
- **Excellent Communicator**:Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Business Development**:Comfortable seeking out new business opportunities and growing client networks.
