Our business is going from strength to strength and we are now seeking additional administration support.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent high school graduate or someone early into their career wanting to pursue a career in business administration. This is an entry-level role where will be offering a traineeship to complement your progress.

This is an important role for the business and will see you working in a team of experienced Administration Coordinators reporting to the Corporate Services Manager.

**Key Responsibilities Will Be;**
- Greeting & assisting visitors in a positive & friendly manner
- Answering phone calls for multiple business units, transferring calls & taking accurate messages
- Handling of all incoming and outgoing mail
- General administration duties including; filing, archiving, post office and errands

The role will be required to work on a full-time permanent basis working 8.30am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday).

The person best suited to this role will be a team player who is a proactive self-starter. You will be well organised with excellent communication skills.
