**About the role**

Customer Service Agents are based in local support branches, within each state and New Zealand. They exist to support overflow customer calls from the local branch network in the state / New Zealand, as well as answer local calls directed from our 135 135 or 0800 number. Calls from other states or New Zealand may also be answered as required, to support the broader Kennards Hire network**.**

As a Customer Service Agent, you will have a passion for customer service, with supporting skills and experience to match. Assistance with digital channels may be required from time to time, and agents are required to prepare written correspondence to customers, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and authorities as delegated.
