As we expand, we’re looking for a **Sponsorship Sales Manager (Technical)** to secure and manage high-value sponsorships for our **premium events**. **The Role: Drive High-Value Sponsorship Sales**

As a **Sponsorship Sales Manager**, your mission is to **drive sponsorship revenue** by engaging with key decision-makers, **pitching bespoke sponsorship packages**, and closing high-value deals.
- **Own the sales cycle** - From prospecting to pitching, negotiating, and closing sponsorships.
- **Target C-Suite & senior executives** - Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- **Develop strategic sales plans** - Identify new business opportunities across **technology, real estate, and construction sectors**.
- **Negotiate high-value sponsorship packages** - Customize solutions to meet client objectives.
- **Leverage industry insights** - Stay ahead of market trends to position our events as **must-attend** for leading businesses.
- **Attend and represent FuturePlace events** - Strengthen relationships and secure renewals.

**Requirements & Competencies (What you will bring)**
- **Proven B2B sales experience** - Ideally in sponsorship, events, or media sales.
- **Ability to sell to senior decision-makers** - Experience engaging with **C-suite executives, marketing leaders, and business development teams**.
- **Industry experience preferred** - Knowledge of **technology, construction, real estate, or related sectors** is a bonus
- **Results-driven mindset** - A self-starter who thrives on **hitting and exceeding targets**.
- **Exceptional communication & negotiation skills** - You know how to **influence, persuade, and close deals**.
- **Organized & proactive** - You can **manage multiple deals, meet KPIs, and maximize revenue potential**.
- **Passion for networking & business growth** - You love building relationships and unlocking opportunities.
