**Our company aims to build great company culture and focuses on rewarding our team for high performance by offering generous weekly, monthly and yearly bonuses/incentives. Annual base salary (based on experience) plus Superannuation plus unlimited bonus paid out weekly when weekly target is achieved. On average potential of earning up to $200-$500+ added to weekly wage (amounts to $10-20k annually). **The position is available for full time only at our Surry Hills showroom office in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, conveniently located 3 minute walk from Central Station.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the company's sales team and co-ordinate with each of your direct's
- Weekly one on one meetings with each team member within the sales department to ensure clear communication of goals and objectives
- Provide support and guidance to each of your directs, prioritise creating a supportive work environment that encourages communication and teamwork
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers from existing database of online and physical store retailers/shop owners
- Providing exceptional customer service in the showroom and online channels, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele
- Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling
- Achieving set weekly/monthly KPI's
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Provide weekly strategic direction to sales team by outlining short term and long term goals that align with execution of yearly sales plan
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and market expansion

- Previous experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team through effective management skills
- Demonstrate clear leadership values that help nurture and progress the team
- Ability to problem solve and navigate through any challenges that arise

- Possesses excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planning
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills

**You are required to have at least 2 years of customer service/account management experience and at least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience.**
