The Role

Making and managing both face to face and remote appointments for clinicians and customers.

Collecting client information, maintaining client privacy and accurate data entry;

Building rapport/positive relationships with our valued clients.

Processing accounts and performing invoicing duties.

Assisting our Clinicians with other general adhoc administration tasks.

Temp role with the potential of an extention

**About You**:
Strong customer service and communication skills - face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondence with the ability to build rapport with clients

A proactive and committed approach to quality improvement

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History check
