**What your role will look like**
- As Residential Supervisor, you will lead a team of staff providing **person-centred care** to support our clients with various aspects of their daily living.
- You will manage all aspects around service delivery including resourcing, quality, risk management and budgeting.
- Lead a** vibrant team** who celebrate the small joys that make a big difference to people’s lives.
- Enjoy the opportunity to grow your team, **building a **valuable** skillset** across physical health, as well as an appreciation of mental health, to support our clients.
- You will interact with health professionals promoting** our holistic model of care**.

You’ll need a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care and a minimum 4 years’ relevant experience. Experience in team leadership, budget management and supervision is highly desirable
