We are hiring for a Full time permanent Residential Supervisor to lead our Flagstaff and Moonee Ponds sites. people with disabilities. As Residential Supervisor, you will lead a team of staff across two sites to provide **person-centred care** to our clients over various aspects of their daily living.

**Some of the tasks you could be doing include**:

- Management of a team of DSW’s
- Liaising with care teams and health professionals promoting a holistic model of care.
- Workforce planning including management of the sites P & L
- Oversee the safety and wellbeing all of all individuals on site.

Overall, you will be supporting clients to achieve their goals and live their best lives and you’ll be part of vibrant team who celebrate the small joys that make a difference.
