Your Role – What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day site operations, managing a small crew, and ensuring each job runs smoothly and to a premium standard.
- Lead from the front — supervise daily tasks and mentor junior team members
- Manage builds from start to finish — liaise with clients, manage materials and timelines
- Deliver exceptional work — complete all aspects of hard and soft landscaping
- Implement & troubleshoot — irrigation installation, minor adjustments, quality checks
- Maintain clear site documentation — track job progress and communicate updates
What You Bring to the Table
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification)
- Proven experience across hard and soft landscaping (timber work, paving, concreting, planting, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage time, resources, and teams efficiently
- Driver's licence + reliable transport
- Irrigation knowledge (bonus)
- Previous experience in a site supervisor or team leader role (preferred, but not essential for the right person ready to step up)
