**KEY WORKING PARAMETERS**

Scope, Impact & Focus:
Ensure effective QSE Governance of Emerging Categories and New Special QSE Compliance Programs across OU bottling plants, co-packers, distribution centers and the market and govern implementation of Company KORE requirements as well as local regulations for QSE across all stages of the supply chain (Buy, Make and Sell).
- The role scope cover is OU (operating unit) QSE Manager and Project Lead for the QSE governance of Emerging Categories and New Special QSE Compliance Programs including Product, packaging, manufacturing, distribution and marketplace, QSE performance excellence enablement.
- Lead accelerated progress of Emerging Categories new technologies and innovation, building flexible and competitive alternatives while ensuring quality & food safety quality-by-design (QbD) implementation through partnership governance and innovation across the Emerging Category Supply Chain Manager - Alcohol & Emerging and Technical Operations & Innovation Manager FAB & Emerging Category. In collaboration with the Corporate, other OUs and franchise bottler, influences the OU and regional QFS agenda and investments.
- Manage the QSE aspects to support the FAB ( Flavoured alcoholic beverage) & Emerging SC Categories TI&SC (Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain) strategies and the Technical Operations & Innovation Manager FAB & Emerging Category and the Supply Chain Manager - Alcohol & Emerging.
- Support the QSE aspects for the execution of the OU Commercialization plans for the Emerging category working directly with the bottling partners, CPS and other OU functions inside and outside the technical structure.
- Lead and accelerate OU E2E QFS governance for Class 1 Ingredients related to Emerging categories.
- The QSE Manager-Emerging Category provides expertise on New Technologies / Innovation related to Emerging Categories, contribute to the global networked organization QFS Innovation pipeline and ensure the OU/regional innovation agenda is in place, drive growth and protect the business.
- The role includes creating, agreeing with key Company, bottler, Copackers Validation protocols and leading the validation processes of new lines, products/packages for Emerging Category and package water production in the OU and to ensuring execution of validation according to agreed protocols.
- Implement a lean and data driven management system based on the E2E QSE strategies for Emerging Categories, focused on OU commitments, targets and goals, results achievement, through analysis, information, and risk management. Responsible for the compliance of a fit for purpose, risk focused QFS technical governance implementation and results tracking in the OU.

As a trusted solution-oriented business partner, lead the execution of QSE Governance for Emerging categories & New Special QSE Compliance initiatives, drive compliance initiatives, engagement with the system partners and lead initiative planning across the networked organization to achieve goals.

Orchestrate Quality & Food Safety Emerging Categories and New Special Compliance initiatives, InnovationTechnologies / Innovation network, ensure QFS knowledge sharing management routines in place strongly connecting external data across Manufacturing Equipment, New Technologies, Processes and QFS Solutions and New Product Drive QFS Emerging Categories Development with internal teams and Operations, driving organizational alignment across franchise bottling partners, other OUs and corporate. Active member, contributor in the global forum.

**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**

Work focus
- Ensure QFS & Occupational Safety Governance compliance in line with the KORE requirements, technical specifications and all relevant regulations - all global QSE methodology, standards and requirements for product, package and processes, distribution and marketplace.
- Determine technical recommendations & validation processes based on OU / Regional for Emerging Categories; assess new technologies and innovation to mitigate security risk for the operations, supporting categories growth and protecting the business.
- Develop and implement local/regional governance for Emerging Categories and its New Technologies / Innovation requirements and risk management.
- Provide QFS Emerging Categories Innovation technical expertise to all OU TI&SC, Bottling Plants, Co-packers
- Lead a networked team working on Emerging Categories Innovation risk identification through data analysis.
- Act as QSE Emerging Categories New Technologies / Innovation technical expert and QSE Project lead in the E2E QSE aspects for process validations, troubleshooting / IMCR processes. Ensure lessons learned are captured proactively and shared across Operations.
