**Your new company**
An Australian Engineering Company are currently looking for a QSE Admin on a permanent basis. There is an excellent opportunity to join this company immediately.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the QSE Manager, you will be responsible for providing General administrative support including maintaining accurate records on the safety system for certifications, audits and monitoring, meeting minutes and actions.

Your role will include:

- Assisting in the creating and distributions of safety communications.
- Systems administration including prequalification and ISO auditing support
- Maintain Incident Report register
- Support QSE Manager with incident management and safety inspections
- Monitor employee and subcontractor compliance including on-boarding process
- Proactively monitoring SWMS, tickets of competencies, safety audit records
- Assist in updating SOP’s/ RA and SDS data base
- Update and monitor audit register
- Systems administration including prequalification and ISO auditing support
- Assist with commencement of System integration
- Assist with yearly SWMS review
- Assist with Pre-Qualification process
- Support QSE Manager with the injury management process in consultation with the Return-to-Work Coordinator
- Work with the QSE Manager to identify and develop new initiatives that lead to safety improvements within safety systems, processes and behaviours

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary Work Health Safety Qualification (such as Certificate IV in WHS) would be advantageous
- Prior experience in a Safety Administrator role
- Understanding of current health and safety legislation, procedures, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to build strong working relationships key internal stakeholders
- High level administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Good attention to detail and provide rigorous inspection of data
- Good interpersonal / communication skills both verbal and written.
