Scope, & Impact:

- The scope of the role is IMCR and Risk Management support for all countries in OU.
- The role is critical to raising the profile and visible support of Technical related incidents across the system and ensuring quality, food safety and workplace safety are managed and mitigated. It is also responsible for effective process implementation, identifying and developing system capability to avoid repeat incidents and to mitigate other industry trends.
- This role is responsible for representing Technical Innovation & Supply Chain as part of the core OU IMCR (Emergency Response & Crisis Response) team to include:

- Coordinate the notification and communication of emergency response measures across the OU
- Work across the TI&SC team to ensure elevation of critical issues and information
- Responsible for incident management knowledge-sharing through maintenance of IMCR database
- Support the flow of communication across all relevant parties including TI&SC teams, PACS, bottlers and other parties where necessary
- Active contribution to the ongoing IMCR process and reporting tool refinement/enhancement
- Engaging directly with senior leadership of OU to provide status of IMCR response, associated risks, and identified next steps
- Leading/co-leading IMCR response & ensure effective Technical response to IMCR events globally and provide direction and guidance to the local teams
- Implement and closely monitor Global technical risk management framework with proper reporting for OU.
- Active participation in the planning and execution of IMCR training and validation exercises in OU in collaboration with PAC, Franchise partners, strategic security & Bottler. Share best practices and wire together the system community of experts to raise our collective capability in this area of expertise

**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**

**Work Focus**

Will lead IMCR management in TI&SC area, which includes requirement, validation exercises, corrective actions, communication, knowledge sharing and analytics & reporting. He/she is also responsible to develop, implement and continuously improve the relevant performance models and systems to track risks and OU mitigation plans.

Ensure the OU Technical Risk Management Framework (TRMF) in place and connected within the global TRMF program and with ERM initiatives.

**The following areas define the key focus of the role**:

- Develop and implement local/regional governance requirements on risk management
- Lead the OU IMCR process for Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC). Ensure lessons learned are captured proactively across the entire global QSE networked organization. Set validation program management and track compliance.
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of global processes and requirements related to Risk Management
- Ensure TRMF and ERM systems are up to date and OU level mitigation plans in place
- Support Supplier Manager in defining criteria for supplier selection, management and development program (including suppliers, copackers and bottler) Build business partnership capability through identifying development needs, providing leadership on development programs and measuring improvement.
- Contribute and support the system QSE innovation process in identifying and controlling Risk
- Wire the Technical risks and risk areas across the supply chain and product categories, R&D innovation, productivity, sustainability, manufacturing operations and other change activities. Implement common structured risk management approach across Technical and QSE function.
- Connect source data from different risk processes and propose risk mitigation steps
- Ongoing improvement of Risk Assessment Tools following big data analysis and system feedback
- Provide Food Safety SME advice and support to the OUs

Build knowledge sharing environment to connect people, content, processes and information in an effective and sustainable manner to better leverage the collective knowledge of the community.

**Experience**
- Field experience within or with Company bottler, beverages manufacturing or food manufacturing industry preferred.
- University / Bachelor´s degree: Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer, Industrial Engineer or similar
