**Exciting Opportunities Await**

As a Patient Billing and Funding Officer you will work across various roles within the Patient Billing and Funding Department. Performing eligibility checks, obtaining admission approvals, providing estimates, procedural data entry, invoice and PO checking, processing hospital claims and debtor management.

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Manage payments, resolve claim denials, and ensure data integrity
- Verify insurance details and communicate with providers to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain privacy

**About You**:

- Experience in healthcare administration or hospital billing
- Strong attention to detail, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in electronic patient management systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast paced environment

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Familiarity with health fund contract, private health insurance, or patient accounting.
