**About the opportunity**:
We’re looking to hire a Performance Manager
- Search In this role you will have strong knowledge and capability across Paid Search - If you have Social & Programmatic knowledge, this will be a bonus Also, this role would suit someone currently in a digital / performance role, with some working knowledge across Paid Search, that would love to develop in this space.

You will work on a globally recognised portfolio of brands and will be responsible for planning and delivering best-in-class performance media campaigns with the support of the Performance Director and your direct reports (Performance Execs & coordinators). You will help drive towards digital maturity across test and learn projects and ensure the team reach targets and delight clients.

Of course, we do require a specific skillset with strong knowledge across Paid Search, however, what is equally just as important is we hire someone:

- Who has a genuine passion and curiosity for media
- With an adaptive and growth mindset
- Ready to take their media knowledge to the next level

**Key Responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Own the Client relationship to ensure we are aligned and delivering on their business needs.
- Manage the build of new and existing Search (SEM) campaign accounts, ensuring a high level of detail is observed and we are aligned to the clients brief.
- Supporting Directors across the team and managing, Executives and/or Coordinators, to ensure account deliverables including reporting, optimisation tactics, copy-writing, quality-checks and best practice.
- Review reporting and write insights for monthly and quarterly reviews, laddering up to the ‘so-what?’
- Identify areas for account improvement and feed-back to Performance Media Directors and into Coordinators/ Executives.
- Project manage at a campaign level, owning and managing PPC campaign execution end-to-end

**Qualifications**
- 3-4+ years’ experience working in a similar SEM role
- A depth of knowledge in paid search, and other performance channels, both operational and planning
- Experience using 3rd party platforms including SA360. A plus if you have: DV360, Trade Desk
- Analytically minded with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communications and client management experience
