Are you a dedicated and dynamic professional with a passion for hospitality and guest experience? **Strato Normanby** is seeking a skilled **Accommodation and Hospitality Manager** to lead our operations and ensure exceptional service across all areas of our venue.

Situated in the heart of the Normanby precinct, **Strato Normanby** is a premier hospitality destination offering luxury accommodation, exceptional dining, and elevated guest experiences. We are committed to delivering excellence in every detail - from the moment our guests check in to their final farewell.
Our team is passionate about creating a welcoming and memorable environment, and we’re looking for a hands-on manager who can inspire staff, maintain high standards, and drive service excellence across both accommodation and hospitality operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily operations of accommodation and hospitality services
- Manage front-of-house and guest relations to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience
- Supervise and support staff across housekeeping, reception, and F&B departments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service throughout the property
- Monitor occupancy, bookings, and guest feedback to optimise performance and guest satisfaction
- Assist in recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management of hospitality staff
- Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, events, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
- Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls effectively
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role in accommodation or hospitality
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or business (preferred but not essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Experience with booking/reservation systems and property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
