Take ownership of Display Home Design

- Develop designs across facades, floor plans and cabinetry

**What's on offer?**:
Our Display Designers deliver new designs for floor plans, facades, cabinetry and other options that are aspirational yet affordable, relatable and liveable. They ensure home designs can be built in volume, delivered efficiently, are affordable and meet key design features.

Working as part of a Display Design Team this role involves partnering with key stakeholders to understand, document and develop designs for our display homes.

Responsibilities include:

- Establish and prioritise commencement dates, then review milestones
- Maintain Design Workflow and program tools
- Develop new design concepts from brief to review and approval
- Finalise new design concepts for handover to masters drafting
- Collaborate and initiate peer review to enhance the design process and outcomes
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and consumer expectations

**What can you bring?**:
You will be an experienced Residential Building Designer with an excellent capability in using Archicad or similar 3D software.

We are looking for someone that can bring:

- Passion for design and innovation
- Proven experience in a Senior Design role
- Knowledge of Victorian Building Regulations and NCC
- Knowledge of common residential construction methods
- Collaboration skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- High levels of creativity and attention to detail
