Details Draftsperson

**What's on offer?**:
As a Details Draftsperson you will be responsible for documenting construction details to ensure new home construction runs consistently and smoothly. You will drive accountability in Master’s and Production Drafting to ensure details are added to plans

Drafting Details aid in the training of Site Managers and act as instruction pieces for our Suppliers and Contractors.

Responsibilities include:

- Document and maintain Construction Details
- Correct errors and detail improvements
- Ensure all details are available prior to Product Release
- Ensure assigned workflow is completed on time
- Report on Work-In-Progress, completion and delivery

**What can you bring?**:
Your success in this role will be determined by your construction detail knowledge and Drafting expertise in Archicad software.

In addition you will bring your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

Your resume will also display:

- Tertiary Drafting or relevant design qualification
- Previous Detail Drafting experience
- Experience in Drafting Software, ideally; Archicad
- Technical knowledge of construction methods, BCA and Rescode
- Understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction and construction techniques
- Accuracy, neatness and patience in drawing work
