**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Sourcing new business through adverts, prospecting, networking, appraisal and all leads followed up
- Listing and selling
- Arranging and overseeing inspections
- Negotiating the sale

**Specific requirements**:
To be considered for this fantastic role you will need to possess the following:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Agent/ Real Estate
- Ability to Build rapport and relationships quickly and easily
- Hunger to succeed and excel
- Savvy negotiation Skills
- Real Estate License
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Have impeccable presentation
- Commission Only

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $62,446.53 - $243,739.91 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Flexible hours
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bankstown, NSW 2200: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 3 years (required)
