We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant, IIP Finance and Partnerships & Commercialisation to join our Sydney team. You will provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to the GM Finance and the Director Partnerships & Commercialisation and their wider team to ensure the seamless success of the business and strategy while maintaining a positive and approachable manner. Consistently deliver memorable experiences to our customers, stakeholders and communities.

**Your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
Manage multiple and competing priorities efficiently including diary management and co-ordination for the GM Finance and Director Partnerships & Commercialisation

Adhere to deadlines with general administrative tasks including travel co-ordination, expense processing and invoice processing

Manage and co-ordinate partner and customer meetings, staff events, conferences, training days and projects as required

Working in collaboration with the Personal Assistant Retail

Provide ad-hoc support to the Personal Assistants of IIP

Co-ordinate meeting invitations, prepare and distribute agendas

Assist with the administrative actions to deliver new tools and reporting in Retail

Manage the onboarding process for new starters and staff changes across Finance and Partnerships & Commercialisation

Manage and continually maintain distribution lists, organisational charts for Finance

Drive culture to encourage and enable team collaboration and integration in order to continue to achieve high employee engagement results

Exercise good judgement and make decisions where required

Prepare, collate and distribute monthly reports and presentations

Supporting wider team members as required (IT Forms, Invoicing, Expenses)

Assist in managing and maintaining internal SharePoint Sites across IIP

Liaise with different stakeholder to ensure effective communication and requirements are met amongst the

team

Assist in coordinating team newsletters and information for internal communications

Experience in a similar assistant role and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively ensuring deadlines are achieved on time and within scope

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and confidence in liaising with people at all levels as well as a high level of attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise effectively

Proven ability to deliver against fast pace program, build and maintain positive and professional internal and external relationships and foster effective working relationships

You will be flexible, adaptable and enjoy working in a team environment
