**Description**:
Reporting directly to the CEO, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and manage our sales and customer service team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.
Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company targets, market conditions, and production capacity.
Champion the voice of the customer. Be the expert on beauty market trends and innovation concepts within the executive team.
Increase revenue generated through the generation of new sales opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through responsive service and reliable delivery.
Experienced in managing million-dollar contracts to drive growth for the company while providing value to the client.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team through setting and tracking performance goals and KPIs.
Partner with R&D chemists to offer customers exceptional product performance and innovation opportunities.
Working closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure materials, packaging and demand planning processes by providing accurate forecasts and delivery dates.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in the role, you will have**:
Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar leadership role.
Strong background of business-to-business sales.
Outstanding communication and people influencing skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
**Desirable criteria**:
Experience within the cosmetic and/or beauty industry.
Experience working within a contract manufacturing environment.
