**Description**:
The successful applicant will be trained as a plant operator on various specialised equipment working within our innovative pavement recyclers business unit, whilst undertaking a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations. SPA is committed to the training and development of our employees and the provision of a long-term career path.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Our Minimum Requirements are**:

- Have a current drivers license
- Have a keen interest in machinery/civil construction
- Be prepared to travel throughout NSW and interstate as required
- Have a strong work ethic, willing to work flexible hours to meet client's needs
- Possess a positive, can do attitude
- Have a focus on maintaining a safe work environment
