**Description**:
We are currently seeking trainee operators to work as a profiler operator, you will be trained on the job and get the opportunity to complete a certificate III in Civil Construction. This is a great opportunity for a career change or a fresh start in plant operations.

**Skills and Experiences**:
We have a few positions available, if you have wanted to get a start in the civil construction industry this is your chance

**Minimum Requirements are**:

- Desire to build a career in plant operations
- Safety conscience with a can-do attitude and good communication
- Ability to work on your own and in a team environment
- Be prepared to travel throughout New South Wales (and possible interstate)
- Ability to complete pre-employment including D&A

Experience on a variety of road construction plant and civil construction will be a distinct advantage
