The established WHS division is seeking a vibrant, motivated and experienced WHS Consultant with high-level customer service skills towork with a range of clients across various industries. Part of your role is to educate clients on WHS matters affecting their business and implement priorities to ensure safety & wellbeing for their staff.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Conducting on-site visits & risk assessments.
- Review WHS systems & conduct analysis and review.
- Provide WHS advice & recommendations that lead positive change & improvements for clients.
- Develop policies, procedures and systems in line with regulations & codes.
- Deliver education, training & programs to employees & managers.
- Coordinate the achievement of the objectives in the WHS action & management plan.

**Skills & experience required**:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS
- Allied health qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Experience & understanding of the WHS Act, Regulations & Codes of Practice.
- Experience in a similar role with the ability to engage in areas like: risk management, consultancy, traffic & plant management.
- Excellent communication style with the ability to lead effective change organisation-wide, across a number of industries.
- Vibrant and motivated professional who will integrate into an established friendly & cohesive culture.
- Driver’s license & own car.
