**Desired about you**
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised. NOTE: mentoring is available
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills including the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and other health professionals.
- Report writing experience is valued, however, mentoring is also provided on how to write a great report; Phoenix has an excellent reputation from GP’s and Specialists for quality of reports.

**Required essentials**:

- ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and member
- Professional Indemnity insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- SIRA registration (or willing to obtain)
- Registered with Medicare/DVA
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
- COVID vaccination
- Flu vaccination (or willing to obtain) for Aged Care Facility access

**About the role**

Being flexible is essential in this industry; at the same time, a work-life balance is very important to maintain your health and wellbeing That is why we offer the possibility of either a part time role (minimum 24 hours weekly), extended part time role (minimum 30 hours weekly) or full-time role (40 hours weekly).

Location will predominantly be at our newly rennovated Alison (Wyong) facility with the possibility of home/aged care visits and other out-of-the-clinic consultations.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Conduct varied types of consultations, i.e. Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Workcover, Groups, Aqua Exercise.
- Prescribing evidence-based and appropriate exercise program for either home
- or clinic-based routines.
- Completing relevant reports and AHRRs.
- Communicating with colleagues and other health care professionals.
- General clinic duties

Salary will be based on experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
